Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg apples
- 150 ml apple juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel, core, and quarter the apples, then slice the quarters thinly. Then microwave them with the apple juice for about 10-15 minutes at 650 watts. Once the apple slices are soft, coarsely puree them with a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. It tastes best warm, but can also be enjoyed cold.
