Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 Yeast cubes
  • 8 g Salt
  • 100 ml Lukewarm water
  • 200 g Milk lukewarm
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • 1) Dissolve the yeast in water and milk. Knead into a dough with the remaining ingredients and let rise in a warm place.
  • 2) Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease the shape.
  • 3) Knead the dough again and shape it into rolls. Place in the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool on a grill.
