Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 1 Yeast cubes
- 8 g Salt
- 100 ml Lukewarm water
- 200 g Milk lukewarm
- 50 g Butter
Instructions
- 1) Dissolve the yeast in water and milk. Knead into a dough with the remaining ingredients and let rise in a warm place.
- 2) Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease the shape.
- 3) Knead the dough again and shape it into rolls. Place in the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool on a grill.
