Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 rolls (wholemeal or other types, but round)
  • e.g. cream cheese, various types and colors
  • n. B. Vegetables of your choice
  • e.g. sausage or cheese, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ideal for a child’s birthday party

First, slice the rolls as usual. Then wash and chop your vegetables (olives, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, carrots, etc. are great options). Depending on the child’s age, you should slice or even grate the vegetables accordingly. Spread the cream cheese on each roll half, ensuring the entire roll is covered. Decorate the roll with the vegetables, sausage, or cheese, and shape it into a face.
