♥ Bun with Character ♥

The perfect ♥ bun with character ♥ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Bun
  • 70 g Iceberg lettuce fresh
  • 100 g Smoked bacon
  • 1 small Zucchini fresh
  • 50 g Corn
  • 1 Orange paparika
  • 2 Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 25 g Small hot pepper yellow
  • 1 Asian garlic bulb
  • 200 g Canned kitney beans
  • 7 Pc. Fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Devil’S Relish Sauce with Jalapeño
  • 100 Feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp Herb marinade
  • 20 g Herb butter
  • Salt, pepper, chilli from the mill and paprika powder

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash iceberg lettuce, zucchin, peppers & tomatoes and dice / cut. Remove the inner workings of the peppers. Chop the garlic and hot peppers. The inner workings of the hot peppers do not have to be removed. Wash the spring onions as well and then cut into rings. Also cut the feta cheese into cubes.

To process

  1. Heat a pan, do not add any oil, the bacon is fat enough. Fry the bacon in the pan with a little paprika powder. Then add the zucchini cubes and fry them. Put the rolls in the oven in between. This is followed by: the baby chili peppers, the garlic, paprika, kidney beans, spring onions and the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and chilli from the mill. Take back the flame and let everything simmer for about 3 minutes, then add 3 tablespoons of the Teufels Relish Sauce, mix and keep warm.

Prepare for serving

  1. Take the rolls out after about 8 minutes of baking time, cut them lengthways, brush them with cabbage butter and put them back into the oven for about 5 minutes. After the baking time, remove the rolls and press in an elongated groove so that the filling has a small bed. Take a flat serving dish, line it with the iceberg lettuce and spread 3 tablespoons of herb marinade on top. Fill each roll as much as you like with baked vegetables, spread the diced feta on top and place the rolls decoratively on top.

Serving and offering with ….

  1. I offered it & served it with a delicious cold beer, because that’s the best with this dish (I think). So and now off to the comfort of washing up can wait until afterwards. Have fun cooking and enjoy yourself !!!
