Bündnerfleisch with grapes and lime dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g Bündnerfleisch, sliced
  • 100 g grapes, green, seedless
  • 100 g grapes, red, seedless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp blossom honey
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 50 g mountain cheese (Grisons mountain cheese), diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the olive oil with lime juice, blossom honey, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the washed and halved grapes, mix well, and refrigerate briefly. Place the Bündnerfleisch on plates, add the grapes, and scatter the cheese cubes over the top. Serve with grissini or slices of toast. Tip: If you’re serving this dish as a snack, double the ingredients.
