Burger Bun
The perfect burger bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For baking
- 150 g Water
- 100 g Milk
- 40 g Yeast fresh
- 10 g Sugar
- 7 g Salt
- 1 Egg
Optional
- Sesame
- Cheese
- Knead the ingredients for the dough with a kneading machine for 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes, knead again briefly. Now divide into 8 parts with approx. 88g. Shape the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. When all are shaped, press them a little flat with your fingertips. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat in between. After 30 minutes, stir the egg in a bowl and brush the burger dough on top. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
- If you want, you can sprinkle the rolls with sesame, cheese or whatever you like before baking. The recipe is enough for 4-8 people. Good Appetite
