Jerk – Zuck Pickled Cucumbers
The perfect jerk – zuck pickled cucumbers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Organic cucumber
- 2 piece Onions
- 1 branch Dill
- 2 piece Bay leaf
- 3 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Rock salt
- 10 tbsp Wine vinegar 5%
- 50 ml Filtered water
- Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers, peel and thinly slice the onions and place in a bowl.
- Use scissors to cut the bay leaves and dill into small pieces. Spread the mustard seeds in the bowl with the cucumber and onion slices on top.
- In a glass, have taken a medium-sized mason jar, add the salt, the sugar, the vinegar and the water, stir everything well until the sugar is dissolved and then pour the stock over the cucumber and stir well and the whole thing now again and again stir well.
- I made the cucumbers around 10 o’clock and put them on the table for grilling in the evening ….. today it’s time for more supplies!
