Burger buns, super fluffy and delicious

Pour the warm milk, sugar, and yeast into a cup and mix well. Take a bowl and add the flour, salt, egg, butter, and cream cheese. Now add the entire contents of the cup and knead everything well. Once the dough has formed a compact dough, cover and let it rise for about 45 minutes. Tip: Ideally, it should be placed on a radiator or in the oven at just 50°C (be careful that the bowl doesn’t melt). After the resting time, knead the dough again and form (roll) it into about 8-12 equal-sized balls. Place these on a baking sheet, cover again, and let rest for another 20 minutes. Tip: Rolling means shaping the balls so that there are no cracks in the balls. You can do this by working the dough with your thumbs from top to sides. Now brush the dough balls with a little egg yolk and, if you like, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Now bake in a hot oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
