Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 350 g minced meat, organic
  • 2 small cans of kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste or some ketchup
  • 1 few stalks of rosemary
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

fiery bean stew

Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry. Add the minced meat and fry vigorously. Sweat the tomato paste or ketchup, finely chop the bell pepper, and add it to the pan. Finally, add the beans and season with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary. For extra heat, add some finely chopped chili. Fresh white bread is recommended as a side dish.
