Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of baked beans
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 package of sausages (mini salami)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 dash of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp stock powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Remove the bacon from the rind and cut into strips. Fry it in a little fat in a pan until it’s well-fried to impart plenty of flavor. Chop the onion and add it to the pan towards the end. When it’s nice and translucent, add the BBQ sauce and toss everything in. Place the beans and tomatoes in a sufficiently large pot. Add the bacon and mini salami. Season with bouillon powder, sugar, vinegar, and Tabasco. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, and you’re done! Baguette and beer go well with it. It’s easy to make in large batches!
