Burnt Semolina Soup …

The perfect burnt semolina soup … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 g Branded butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Semolina
  • 1 liter Good meat broth
  • 1 half portion Soup vegetables
  • 1 half portion Nutmeg
  • 1 half portion Salt and pepper
  • 1 raw Bratwurst fine
  • 1 raw Parsley
  1. Clean, wash and chop the soup vegetables, chop the parsley except for a few leaves for garnish.
