Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of mixed herbs (8 herbs, frozen)
  • 1 pack of mixed Italian herbs (frozen)
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Herb butter with Italian herbs

Remove the butter from the refrigerator for a few hours until it’s nice and soft. Peel the onion and garlic and dice them very finely. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then refrigerate well until ready to serve. This herb butter will keep for several weeks!
