Ingredients
 

For the dough:

  • 600 g Flour
  • 1 piece Yeast cubes
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Melted butter
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 0,25 l Milk

For covering:

  • 300 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Butter
  • 50 g Ground almonds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 º (fan oven 180 º) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Gently heat the milk in a saucepan and pour it into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in it with the sugar and salt.
  • Then add the egg, vanilla sugar and flour and work everything into a soft, supple and no longer sticky dough. Cover and let rise for about 45-60 minutes.
  • In the meantime, make crumbles from flour, butter, sugar, almonds and vanilla sugar and set aside.
  • Place the dough on the baking sheet and roll out. Sprinkle evenly with the crumbles and cover again for about 45 minutes. Put the cake in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes (may vary depending on the oven).
