Baking: Small Apple Tart with Almond Sprinkles

The perfect baking: small apple tart with almond sprinkles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Shortcrust pastry *
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  1. Grease and crumble a small tart pan (16 cm). Spread the remaining shortcrust pastry in it and pull up the edges a little.
  2. Core the apple, cut into narrow wedges and spread them on the dough in a fan shape.
  3. Let the butter melt and mix with the almonds, sugar and flour, season with cinnamon and work into crumbs. Now distribute these on the apples.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
