Ingredients

  • Shortcrust pastry *
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 pinch Cinammon

Instructions

  • Grease and crumble a small tart pan (16 cm). Spread the remaining shortcrust pastry in it and pull up the edges a little.
  • Core the apple, cut into narrow wedges and spread them on the dough in a fan shape.
  • Let the butter melt and mix with the almonds, sugar and flour, season with cinnamon and work into crumbs. Now distribute these on the apples.
  • Bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Unfortunately I only have pictures of finished cakes. I forgot to take pictures out of sheer enthusiasm.
