Ingredients
- Shortcrust pastry *
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ground almonds
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 pinch Cinammon
Instructions
- Grease and crumble a small tart pan (16 cm). Spread the remaining shortcrust pastry in it and pull up the edges a little.
- Core the apple, cut into narrow wedges and spread them on the dough in a fan shape.
- Let the butter melt and mix with the almonds, sugar and flour, season with cinnamon and work into crumbs. Now distribute these on the apples.
- Bake at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
