Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 320 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • some lemon juice
  • 36 cookies (butter cookies)
  • ½ pack of powdered sugar
  • Gummi bears, Smarties, sprinkles, etc. for decoration
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 liter of milk
  • Sugar, see package instructions for the pudding
  • 750 ml cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Cover the butter cookies with powdered sugar icing and decorate them as desired (e.g. gummy bears, Smarties, sprinkles, etc.) and set the cookies aside. Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Stir in enough lemon juice until the dough is smooth. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. Make a pudding from the pudding powder, milk and sugar according to the package instructions and spread it on the cooled cake while it is still hot. Refrigerate the cake overnight. The next day, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and spread the whipped cream on the pudding layer. Cover with the prepared butter cookies and let the cake sit for another 4-5 hours so that the cookies become soft.
