Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

For the dough: Combine the dough ingredients with an electric mixer and spread it evenly on a greased (or lightly floured) baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. For the topping: While the dough is baking, prepare the topping. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, the sliced ​​and chopped almonds, and the milk. After 15 minutes of baking, remove the half-baked dough from the oven and spread the topping evenly over it with a spatula. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Let it cool and then cut into squares.
