Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 75 g butter
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 100 g almonds, sliced
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- 200 g butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
For the dough: Combine the dough ingredients with an electric mixer and spread it evenly on a greased (or lightly floured) baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. For the topping: While the dough is baking, prepare the topping. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, the sliced and chopped almonds, and the milk. After 15 minutes of baking, remove the half-baked dough from the oven and spread the topping evenly over it with a spatula. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Let it cool and then cut into squares.
