Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 400 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pinch of cinnamon powder
- possibly cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 37 minutes
according to grandma’s recipe, approx. 6 trays
Knead all ingredients into a soft dough (Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder or various flavorings to the dough if desired). Roll out the dough and cut out shapes of your choice. Place the cut-out cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for approximately 5 to 7 minutes per sheet. The cookies taste wonderfully delicious. Decorate the cookies after they have cooled. Makes approximately 6 sheets.
