Butter-cream Caramel Sauce

The perfect butter-cream caramel sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 125 g Butter
  • 200 ml Cream
  1. Melt the sugar in the saucepan until it turns light brown.
  2. Boil the cream.
  3. Add the butter and slowly stir in the boiling cream. Let something down. If the sauce is a little too firm when it has cooled down, you can stir in a little more cream.
