Fried Noodles with Cabanossi

The perfect fried noodles with cabanossi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 2 piece Cabanossi
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 6 piece Party tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 Can Canned mushrooms
  • Mushrooms not in the photo !!
  • Garlic pepper
  • Salt
  • Chilli red
  • Dried thyme
  • Sweet paprika
  • Fatness for frying
  1. Pour hot water over the pasta in a large bowl and let it soften, stirring occasionally and always covering it with hot water. In the meantime, cut the onion and cabanossi into small pieces and quarter the tomatoes.
  2. Sweat the onions in a sufficiently large pan with a little fatness, then add the Cabanossi and braise with them. Later add the tomatoes and mushrooms. I then spiced everything up properly.
  3. Now drain and rinse the pasta and then put it in the pan. Let everything cook through properly and finally whisk the egg and pour over it, stir everything briefly and enjoy ……
