- 50 g Butter
- 5 g White truffle fresh *
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
- Cut the truffle into very small cubes and mix well with the soft butter and the other ingredients. Chill until use.
