Butter-vanilla Pudding – Especially Creamy

The perfect butter-vanilla pudding – especially creamy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Vanilla sugar homemade
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Food starch
  1. First put 400 ml of milk in a saucepan with the cream, a pinch of salt and butter. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add both the pulp and the rest of the pod to the saucepan. Heat everything.
  2. In the meantime, stir together vanilla sugar, cornstarch, honey and remaining milk until lump-free.
  3. When the milk mixture starts to simmer, fish out the vanilla pod. Set through the starch solution while stirring. Let simmer briefly while stirring and enjoy warm or cold as you like. Good Appetite!
