Buttercream Brittle Roll
The perfect buttercream brittle roll recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Water warm
- 4 Pc. Egg
- 250 g Butter
- 70 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Fl Vanilla flavor
- 75 g Brittle
- Beat the eggs with warm water on the highest setting with the hand mixer until foamy
- Add the sugar and continue beating
- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in
- Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake lightly for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees top and bottom heat
- Take the dough out of the oven, carefully turn the baking paper out onto a tea towel, loosen the baking paper, roll it up with the help of the tea towel and let it cool down
- For the cream, mix the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla flavor well, roll up the cooled rolling pin, fill with 2/3 of it and carefully roll it together
- Spread the rest of the buttercream on the outside and sprinkle with brittle
