Butterflies
The perfect butterflies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Cane sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Vanilla pulp
- 250 g Spelled flour
Aside from that:
- Cake icing
- Colorful sprinkles
- Knead all ingredients into a smooth shortcrust pastry and wrap in foil and leave to rest in the refrigerator for approx. 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface approx. 4 mm thin, cut out butterflies (everything else is also possible, of course), bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 180 ° C for approx. 10 – 15 minutes.
- After the biscuits have cooled, decorate to your heart’s content.
