Ingredients
 

  • 5 Eggs
  • 130 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 150 g Grated almonds
  • 1 tsp Stevia powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 glasses Pitted cherries (from the jar)
  • 5 tbsp Cherry juice
  • 70 g Grated chocolate
  • 1 shot Rum

Instructions
 

The dough

  • Separate the eggs and beat the egg white until stiff, stir together the egg yolk, cherry juice (from the cherry glasses) and stevia; Then add the flour, grated almonds, baking powder and cocoa powder and stir. Then add the beaten egg white, the grated chocolate and, if necessary, the dash of rum and stir everything well. Then add the drained cherries and fold in.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °, put the dough in the (greased and breaded) pan and let it bake for about 45 minutes. (If necessary, only switch to 150 ° for the last 5 minutes!)
