Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g butter, very soft
  • 350 g flour
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • Powdered sugar – vanilla mixture for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix flour with baking powder. Add butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, flavoring, and pudding powder and knead into a dough. Tear off approximately 2 cm pieces of dough, knead again in your hands, and shape into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes. Roll the balls in the sugar mixture while they are still warm, and sprinkle them again once they have cooled. The quantity can easily be halved; I do that when I don’t need that many.
