Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g margarine
  • 400 g sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Stir everything together and mix for 5 minutes. Bake on the middle rack at 160°C for 25-30 minutes, then spread with jam.
