Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cup cake
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and spread the batter onto a baking sheet. Mix the sugar and desiccated coconut and spread it over the batter. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Test with a skewer if the cake is cooked through. Immediately drizzle the hot cake with whipped cream.
