Buttermilk drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 cups of buttermilk
  • 100 Juice , (Carrot Juice)
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • Pepper, white
  • Celery salt
  • Tabasco
  • a few sprigs of dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Herbi

Whisk together the buttermilk, juices, ketchup, and finely chopped dill. Season to taste with spices and stir again. Pour into two glasses, garnish with dill sprigs, and serve. A great morning starter.
