Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 400 ml low-fat kefir
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of basil
- some lemon juice
- possibly mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the herbs, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Add them to a tall glass with kefir and puree. Stir in the wheat germ, season with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. Add mineral water, if desired. Serve in tall glasses.
