Buttermilk shake with carrot juice and strawberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 150 ml carrot juice
  • 7 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp, heaped glucose
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut the fruit into small pieces. Blend the pieces together with the other ingredients in a blender and fill two glasses. Serve with carrot chips.
