Summer fruits with couscous, yogurt, honey cream and almond flakes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 nectarines
  • 2 apricots
  • ¼ small watermelon(s)
  • 1 apple or the equivalent amount of a tropical fruit such as mango
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp couscous, cooked
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond flakes, preferably roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel, core, and finely chop the fruit. Stir together the cream and season to taste. Place the fruit on plates, top with the cream, and sprinkle with the almond flakes. Serve the summer fruits fresh.
