Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g strawberries, fresh
- 1 kiwi(s)
- ½ mango(s)
- 50 g raspberries, frozen
- 500 ml buttermilk
- e.g. agave syrup
- 1 banana(s), ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a sweet and sour refreshment
Cut the fruit, except for the raspberries, into small pieces and mash with a hand whisk or blender, then mix with the buttermilk. Stir in the agave syrup for sweetness.
