Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Cabanossi the sharp ones
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn grains
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 glass Tomato concentrate
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp Plant cream

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Cabanossi into small pieces, peel the onion and cut into rolls. Peel the knobi and cut into slices. Eight the tomatoes.
  • Heat the plant cream, roast the cabanossi, roast the onions and the garlic, then add the peas and corn and roast the tomatoes and tomato concentrate or simply add tomato paste and let simmer.
