Cabanossi with Potatoes and Pasta

  • 6 Potato
  • 6 Pasta nests fettuccine
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Cook in a saucepan with plenty of salted water. When the water has boiled for about 5 minutes, break through the noodle nests in the middle and add to the potatoes. Cook together until both are done. 12-15 min. In this time, dice the onions and fry them in a little oil, when they are already translucent then cut the Cabanossi into slices and add to the onions and the tomato paste. Then fry for about 5 minutes. Strain the pot with the potatoes and pasta. and mix with the Cabanossi. Enjoy the meal 🙂
