Cabbage goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beef goulash
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 m.-large white cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seeds
  • Paprika powder
  • ½ liter meat broth, strong
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

simple and without carbohydrates

Peel and chop the onions. Cut the goulash into smaller pieces. In a large pot, fry the onions in oil until hot. Add the goulash and simmer. Cut the white cabbage into strips, add to the meat, and let it wilt slightly. Deglaze with the meat broth, season, and add the sour cream. Cover and simmer for about an hour, depending on how firm you want the cabbage. If you have any leftovers, the cabbage goulash tastes even better reheated.
