- 300 g pasta, wide
- 1 white cabbage
- Clarified butter or oil
- Salt
- n. B. pepper, black
- some vegetable broth or white wine

Grandma’s style from Romania
Finely grate or chop the cabbage. Then lightly fry it in hot clarified butter or oil in a pan, stirring frequently. Deglaze with a little vegetable stock or white wine and steam until tender. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and mix with the steamed cabbage. Season with plenty of pepper. The cabbage adds a sweet, spicy flavor. Tip: This dish tastes best with homemade, rolled-out pasta.
