Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 head of cabbage
- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion(s)
- 500 g minced meat, seasoned
- 500 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Finely chop the cabbage. Peel and dice the potatoes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Roughly dice the onion. Place everything in a large roasting pan and mix well. Roughly sprinkle the minced meat over the top. Season well with pepper, salt, chili powder, a little nutmeg, and paprika. Finally, pour the cream over the top and place in the preheated oven. Bake uncovered for about 90 minutes, until nicely browned. Stir occasionally.
