Cabbage Pan
The perfect cabbage pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Fresh white cabbage
- 20 g Lard / fat
- 200 g Mixed minced meat
- 0,5 tsp Ground caraway
- 0,5 tsp Chopped hot peppers
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 0,25 liter Beer export dark
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Sugar
- Cut the white cabbage (leftovers from cabbage rolls) into fine strips and fry them vigorously in the lard …… add the minced meat and continue to fry, stirring constantly …..
- Add cumin, chopped peppers and pepper and continue to fry vigorously …..
- Deglaze with half a bottle of black beer, put the lid on and let it simmer carefully ….. (approx. 15 minutes)
- season with salt and sugar …
- you can just serve fresh bread or boiled potatoes …..
