  • 200 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 20 g Lard / fat
  • 200 g Mixed minced meat
  • 0,5 tsp Ground caraway
  • 0,5 tsp Chopped hot peppers
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,25 liter Beer export dark
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 1 Pr Sugar
