Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 large onions
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ white cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • ¼ celery root
  • 1 cube of stock
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Ginger powder
  • curry powder
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Super slimming product!

Grate or finely chop the white cabbage. Peel or trim the onion, bell pepper, and celery root, and cut into small cubes. Place everything in a fairly large pot and add enough water to cover all the ingredients. Add the tomato paste and stock cube. Bring to a boil and simmer on high for 10 minutes. Season with pepper, curry powder, and ginger powder (all real fat burners) and simmer for another 30 minutes. Serve hot.
