Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 head of white cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 3 onions
- 1 can/n tomatoes
- 100 g beans, green
- 100 g Brussels sprouts
- 100 g broccoli
- 200 g soup vegetables (frozen)
- 1 cube of stock
- pepper
- Salt
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
The more you eat, the more weight you lose!!!
Chop the white cabbage, bell peppers, and onions into hazelnut-sized pieces, break the beans, trimmed Brussels sprouts, broccoli florets, and canned tomatoes into a large pot, fill with water, add the stock cube, and simmer for about 40 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
