Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ liter buttermilk
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 50 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly for about 2 minutes. Spread the dough onto a well-greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan and add the desiccated coconut. Spread this mixture onto the baked dough and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. After baking, cut into slices and dust with powdered sugar as desired.
