Meatloaf quick and delicious

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed (can also be just pork)
  • 1 onion(s), (dice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 roll (soak) or some breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper paprika powder
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp gravy
  • nutmeg
  • Parsley
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Knead the ingredients (ground meat, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, and spices) into a not-too-firm meatloaf dough. Grease a microwave dish (with a lid!) with oil and pour in the meatloaf dough. Sprinkle with paprika and microwave in a covered container for 16-18 minutes at 600 watts. Mix the water, mustard, ketchup, and gravy into a sauce and pour it over the meatloaf. Cook for another 5-8 minutes. Even if you’re skeptical, the meatloaf will turn out crispy and delicious. My family requests it at least once a month. Give it a try.
