These drumsticks, or chicken drumsticks, are fried with a very special spice: Cajun spice, and taste outrageously delicious. Cajun spice can be made at home and used in a variety of ways, for example, for steaks, poultry, grilled dishes, stews, and sauces. 1. Put all the spices, as well as salt and sugar, in a mortar and pestle and grind them together finely. 2. Pour the resulting Cajun spice mixture into a bowl over the chicken drumsticks and mix everything thoroughly. 3. Brush a baking sheet with a few drops of oil and arrange the drumsticks on it. Place a small knob of butter on each chicken piece. 4. Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. After about 10 minutes, open the oven door briefly and add the fresh thyme sprigs. 5. Sprinkle the finished drumsticks with a little lime or lemon juice, or place a small piece on top. 6. Enjoy!
