Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone or other cream cheese
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

so the fruit soil no longer gets soggy

Simply combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl with a mixer until creamy. Season with lemon juice until the mixture tastes fresh. Now you can spread the mixture a finger-thick on a cake base, top with fruit as usual, and fill with glaze.
