- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp milk
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Vanilla glaze for a carrot cake
First, beat the cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Then add the vanilla sugar, and finally, mix in the sifted powdered sugar thoroughly. Spread the frosting on a carrot cake. Since the frosting tends to run in warmer weather, always refrigerate the cake with the frosting on it.
