Cake Base

  • 150 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the butter and stir everything together. Sieve the flour and baking powder and add them as well.
  1. Grease and flour the cake base pan (approx. 26 cm). Pour in the dough and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes until golden.
