Cake: Sunday Cake Free Snout

The perfect cake: sunday cake free snout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Pullets eggs – are slightly smaller –
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Stevia
  • 3 cups Natural yoghurt á 150 gr.
  • 100 g Quark lean
  • 1 packet Citro Back
  • 2 Bags Vanilla pudding powder
  • Brush on butter rapeseed oil to form
  • Breadcrumbs or semolina for the pan
  1. At the end we need to separate the eggs and beat the egg whites into snow, put all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir well, my food processor did that for me …
  2. 2 …. carefully fold the egg whites under the quark and yoghurt mixture.
  3. Brush a springform pan with butter rapeseed oil and line with breadcrumbs or semolina, pour the rest out again.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
  5. Put the quark – yoghurt mixture in the springform pan and bake the cake at 170 degrees hot air for 80 minutes ….. and you can see the result 😉
  6. 6 ……. and delicious …. and airy …. and delicious …. and mmmmmmmmhhhhhhhh it was delicious 😉 I’ll definitely bake it again, now I know how to do it * smile *
