- 400 g cake – leftovers e.g. marble cake, sand cake, chocolate cake
- 180 g chocolate
- 125 ml Amaretto
- Desiccated coconut
- Sprinkles, colorful

Crumble the cake into small pieces, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Pour the Amaretto over the cake pieces and stir to combine. Stir in the melted chocolate and mix well until the mixture is combined. With wet hands, form small dumplings and roll them in coconut flakes or colored sprinkles. Refrigerate. You can also enhance the dumpling mixture with soaked raisins or chopped dried fruit.
