Cake: Hazelnut-vanilla-banana Bread

  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Pc. Bananas
  • 1 tsp Ground vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 2 tbsp Hazelnut butter
  • 2 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 125 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 50 g Coarsely chopped hazelnuts
  • 40 g Raisins
  1. Mix the eggs with bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, nut butter and ground vanilla to a smooth mass. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in the chopped nuts and raisins.
  2. Fill the dough into a loaf pan that has been greased and dusted with flour and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 50 – 60 minutes, covering the last 10 minutes with aluminum foil if necessary so that the cake does not get too dark.
