Cake Kit – Marzipan Cream

- 150 g Marzipan
- 2 Egg yolk
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- Grating the marzipan is easier if you put the marzipan in the freezer for 30-60 minutes beforehand.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar over the water bath until frothy, add the grated marzipan and stir until it has dissolved, add some of the cream so that it is not too firm. Let cool while stirring several times.
- Beat the rest of the cream with the cream stiffener and carefully stir into the marzipan mixture.
